How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → choose Movcl → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Google Play. You can request a refund directly via Play within their policy window. We'll always help if Google needs additional context from us — email support@movcl.com.
Do gem packs expire?
Gems from one-time packs and starter gems don't expire. Subscription gems reset each billing period — use them while they're active.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew via Google Play until you cancel. We never auto-renew a one-time pack.
