Can I get a refund?

Do gem packs expire?
Gems from one-time packs and starter gems don't expire. Subscription gems reset each billing period, and Pro Pass gems expire with the pass.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Weekly subscriptions auto-renew through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel. The Pro Pass and Pro Unlock do not auto-renew.
